"Great experience. I came from another insurance company and State Farm was able to get me a cheaper rate that matched perfect with what I was wanting coverage-wise. Jonathan Carroll was the man I spoke with and let me tell you, the man was patient, informative and overall I’d give him a 10/10 just based off of customer service. My life is super hectic so I had to reschedule calls with him 4 times and he never forgot the appointments or the rate I was quoted. He rolled with the punches even with my screaming children in the background or while I was cooking dinner with my wife. He was easy to talk to, and I feel like other representatives from State Farm HAVE to be either equally as good or better because he set the bar high, especially coming from a crappy insurance company. Overall, I’ve become a State Farm disciple, I’ll spread the message to all of my family who are using garbage insurance companies just based off of how Mr. Carroll handled my policy. Thanks State Farm!"
